Terms of Use
Last updated 20 October 2026
Fatigo is provided as a personal wellness and informational tool.
Estimates, not orders
Alertness scores are estimates. They are not a diagnosis, not a clinical assessment, and not a determination of whether you should work, drive, or sleep. You are responsible for those decisions.
Not a medical device
Fatigo is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. It is not a clinically validated fatigue measurement device.
Safety-critical choices
By using the app you agree that you will not rely on it as the sole input for safety-critical choices. Fatigo does not know when you are unsafe and does not prevent accidents.
Plus
Subscription terms (if you purchase Fatigo Plus) are presented by Apple at checkout, including auto-renewal, price, and how to cancel in Settings โ Apple ID โ Subscriptions.
On-device data
Core scoring and logs live on your iPhone. See the Privacy Policy for Health, location, export, and delete.
