Plus reads sleep and Watch heart on this iPhone. Grant Health in Settings if the biometric mark is waiting. Fatigo does not write to Health.

Plus

Start, restore, or cancel through Apple. Cancel anytime in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Your logs

Export or delete sleep, naps, coffee, drives, and shifts in Settings. That does not remove Health data or a Plus subscription.
